Jason Filler
I was born in Staples, Minnesota, lived in Hawaii for a while, and moved to Fort Collins in 1991. After more than 31 years of living in Fort Collins and Loveland, I have become connected with the local community and enjoy helping others find their dream home here. Before I began my real estate career with The Group in 2017, I worked as a cyber security and IT system engineer for Platte River Power Authority. My work in the tech industry prepared me to deal with the complexities involved with real estate, and my hard work ethic and attention to detail have served me well throughout my real estate career. Clients have described me as professional, compassionate, motivated, personable, persistent, honest, diligent and reliable. And with three decades of experience living and working in Northern Colorado, I am knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the local market. And above all, serving others is my motto, in both my personal and professional life. I live in Loveland with my wife, Becky, and our six sons and one daughter, Adam, Ryan, Cody, Noah, Ana, Cullen and Aiden. In my free time, I love hiking in the mountains, fishing, boating, Jeeping and spending time with my family. We are certified for both foster and kinship care in Larimer County, and we love opening our home to children in the area. Our family received the 2015 Foster Family of the Year Award and the 2015 Kinship Family of the Year Award for Larimer County. Over the years, we have been involved with a number of other community organizations, including Realities for Children, United Way, Be The Gift, Foundations Church, the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, and Group Gives. I was also included amongst the Top 1% of Real Estate Agents with RealTrends and currently a host for “Selling Denver,” a real estate-focused show that aired on American Dream TV and Denver Fox 31.
